Arshiya Seth, MD
, Chief Medical Officer at Community Health Center of Cape Cod
Dr. Arshiya Seth is a highly experienced physician leader with +10 years of extensive patient safety, risk, quality, and performance improvement experience. She began her medical education at Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College in Pune, India, where she received her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree. She then completed her internal medicine residency at Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) through Harvard University, where she went on to spend 14 years as a primary care provider. She was a Primary Care Innovations Fellow, Harvard University, and Linde Leadership Fellow at BIDMC. Dr. Seth also served as Performance Improvement Coach to multiple teams, leading several projects designed to improve overall quality and provider satisfaction within the CHA system of care. Dr. Seth is a Certified Professional in Health Care Quality, a Six Sigma-Lean Professional and holds a white belt certification in Lean Six Sigma. Dr. Seth is recognized as a national speaker on patient safety, risk and quality and has dedicated her career to improving patient and staff experience of care through innovation and quality improvement.
Ryan Golden, MD
, Internal Medicine/Substance Use Disorder Program Manager at Community Health Center of Cape Cod
Ryan Golden, MD is Community Health Center’s Substance Use Disorder Program Manager, and also serves as an Internal Medicine Physician. After receiving his Bachelor Degree from Stonehill College in Easton, MA, Ryan received his Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University School of Medicine, graduating in the Honor Society. He completed his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency, as well as his Addiction Medicine Fellowship at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He most recently served as the medical director at Northern State Prison Hospital in Newark, NJ.
Alyssa Caggiano, FNP
, Family Medicine at Community Health Center of Cape Cod
Alyssa Caggiano is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner now seeing patients in the Health Center’s Family Medicine Department, also at the Health Center’s Mashpee location. Prior to joining the Health Center, she spent four years at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center’s Emergency Room Trauma Center, and worked at Hartford Hospital’s Trauma Center as a Registered Nurse. Ms. Caggiano received her Master of Science, Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Boston College. Her advanced clinical training included rotations at Community Health Center, Internal Medicine Associates, and South Boston Community Health Center in Dermatology, Primary Care, and Women’s Health. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Quinnipiac University.
Jennifer Stoll
, Executive Vice President of External Affairs at OCHIN
Jennifer has extensive experience creating innovative and sustainable solutions to the complex external challenges facing providers in rural and medically underserved communities. She is a national leader and highly sought spokesperson in the areas of health system transformation and health care information technology. She leads OCHIN’s advocacy, policy, development, and partnership teams who are experts in using data driven strategies to close gaps in care in local communities nationwide. Previous to joining OCHIN, Jennifer spent more than 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
Michelle Hager
, Managing Partner at Blue Cirrus Consulting
Michelle Hager, the Managing Partner at Blue Cirrus Consulting, has over 20 years’ experience in Healthcare IT. She’s dedicated her efforts to the development of Telehealth strategies for healthcare organizations across the country. She is active in HIMSS, holding roles as the South Carolina Chapter President, Vice-Chair-Public Policy, and Chapter Advocate. She’s worked diligently through HIMSS to educate the industry and public on Healthcare IT public policy and future IT strategic directions, including Telehealth policy. Michelle was inducted into the American Telemedicine Association College of Fellows in 2022 in recognition of her distinguished and valuable contributions and service to telemedicine and has been named one of 2023’s "Top Women In Health IT To Know" by Becker’s Hospital Review.
