Emily is a nurse, artist, and Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner. Her community-based nursing career focused on Maternal-Child Health. Studying Integrative Health and Healing solidified her interest in energy healing and energetic intelligence. She’s a founding member of Cazimi, a creative collaborative, makers of temporary public art installations. That work often focuses on healing and connection. Emily creates, walks in the woods, and lives with her family north of Boston.

Barbara is a visionary collaborator who helps people reimagine outcomes, set goals, and manifest them through mindful, consistent actions. Her career path includes theater, retail (both field and corporate), consulting, being an at-home parent, and co-founder and content creator for an online provider of meditation programs. She’s a meditation instructor, Reiki Master, and a Yoga Alliance RYT-500 yoga teacher. She lives north of Boston in a multi-generational household where she hones her practices of love, humor, and unapologetic self-care.

I'm David Dibble, founder and CEO of New Agreements, Inc. Graduating with a BS degree from SDSU, I followed my entrepreneurial spirit and, with $5000, founded Dibble Electronics at age 24. Following the success of Dibble Electronics, I founded Dylon Corp., where we developed magnetic tape and disk peripherals for the HP aftermarket. As an entrepreneur, I developed a deep understanding of how critical systems/processes are in any organization based upon the work of W. Edwards Deming, the father of the quality/systems movement and later Peter Senge of MIT. This inspired me to pursue a path in systems thinking as the foundation of creating better, higher performing businesses. Applying Nobel Prize winning systems science mixed with proven transformation principles, I became an expert in both system optimization and organizational transformation. In 1990, I founded New Agreements, Inc. We consult to and train organizations in Systems-Based Transformational Leadership, which significantly improves business performance while engaging and growing people's leadership and management skills.
